Currently, Mr. Campbell is engaged in the legal profession as a sole practitioner, with an office in Dallas, Texas.

Previously, for a period of approximately ten years, Mr. Campbell served, at various times, as the President, General Counsel, and a member of the Board of Directors of a privately-owned investment banking firm that specialized in providing broker/dealer, investment advisory, financial advisory, and underwriting services, primarily to government entities in Texas and several other states nationwide.

Prior to his service as an investment banker, Mr. Campbell served as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of a life insurance holding company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Earlier, Mr. Campbell was engaged in the private practice of law in Dallas, Texas for a period of approximately thirty-five years, specializing in corporate litigation, banking, and securities. For most of this time in the private practice, he was a partner, at separate times, in two of the largest law firms located in Dallas.

Mr. Campbell’s first full-length fiction novel, Shared Fortunes, was published in 2022 and is available on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. He has written several short stories, most of which can be read on this website, as well as a legal treatise on creditor’s rights and two children’s books.
